How quickly do I receive donations?

Donations are processed through pawaPay. Campaign totals update in real-time, and each contribution is paid out automatically to your registered mobile money number once the payment is confirmed, less the fees shown to the donor.

What payment methods do you support?

We support MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money through our secure pawaPay integration.

Are there any limits on campaign amounts?

Campaign goals range from 10,000 UGX to 1 billion UGX. Individual donations have a minimum of 1,000 UGX and maximum of 20M UGX per transaction.

How do supporters find my campaign?

You'll get a unique campaign link, an invitation code and a QR code to share. Send the link however you like — WhatsApp, social media, or in person.

What happens if my campaign doesn't reach its goal?

You keep all funds raised regardless of whether you reach your goal. Sentefy operates on a 'keep what you raise' model.

Can I edit my campaign after publishing?

Yes, you can update your story, add photos, edit your goal amount, and manage campaign settings even after donations have started.
